7. The total number of Entries in the List will be divided by 88 and the result rounded to the nearest whole number. This number will then be multiplied by 18 and the resulting number will be known as the “Determinant”. The shortlisted Winners for the Prize will be the names appearing on the List at the positions which match:

a) the Determinant; and
b) the Determinant multiplied by 2 (Determinant X 2).

8. After that, SCBMB will call each shortlisted Winner at his/her latest telephone number in SCBMB’s records, within 1 month from the end of the Campaign Period. The shortlisted Winners will be asked one question which he/she must answer correctly to win the Prizes. If the shortlisted Winner cannot be contacted or cannot answer the question correctly, a new shortlisted Winner will be selected and the calling process will be repeated. The new shortlisted Winner will be the next name on the List.

9. SCBMB will send the final Winners a confirmation letter before 1 November 2011. The Winners will also be announced on SCBMB’s website at standardchartered.com.my.

Liverpool FC Official International Membership (“LFC Membership”) Giveaway
17. Eligible Customers who fulfill all the criteria below will be entitled to a free LFC Membership for 1 year:

a) The customer must not have any existing current or savings account (including MortgageOne Accounts), fixed deposit or general investment account (collectively “CASA / FD”) with either SCBMB or Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad as at the start of the Campaign Period. An individual is considered to hold a CASA / FD if they are named as an accountholder of a CASA / FD, whether in one name, jointly with other persons, as trustee or as beneficiary.
b) The customer must open a SuperSalary account with SCBMB during the Campaign Period and maintain an average daily balance (“ADB”) in that account of a minimum RM5,000 (using Fresh Funds) for a period of 3 months from the date of account opening. The ADB is calculated as follows:

ADB = Total of daily credit balances in that account during the 3 month period
Number of days during the 3 month period

Example I:
Mr A is an Eligible Customer. He opens a SuperSalary Account on 20 July 2011 with an initial deposit of RM8,000. The total daily credit balances in Mr A’s SuperSalary Account from 20 July 2011 to 19 Oct 2011 (92 days) is RM930,000.
The average balance per day in the SuperSalary Account = RM930,000 / 92 days = RM10,108.70, which satisfies the minimum average balance requirement.
Fresh Funds means funds that did not originate from accounts held with either SCBMB or Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad.

18. Eligible Customers who fulfill the criteria in paragraph 17 will be given a “Promo Code” by post (at their correspondence address in SCBMB’s record) after the 3 month period. This Promo Code must be used for activation of the free 1-year LFC Membership. Eligible Customers would then need to access the membership page at www.liverpoolfc.tv and enter the Promo Code in the payment section to receive the free membership.
