Auto cheque book order facility is available to all Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and personal current account holders effective 6 December 2010. This facility allows customers to ensure uninterrupted usage of cheques. Under this auto cheque book order facility, the Bank will automatically issue new cheque book to customers when the number of remaining cheques in their existing cheque book drops below a pre-determined threshold set by the Bank. The new cheque book will be couriered to the customer's statement mailing address at no additional cost apart from the usual stamp duty and courier charges. With this facility, customers will no longer need to submit request for cheque book through Call Centre, ATM, Phone Banking, Online Banking or submit manual forms to Branches. |
