Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad’s (“SCBMB”) “Go Paperless Campaign” (“Campaign”) commences from [11] February 2010 to [11] March 2010, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). |

| 2. |
This Campaign is open to all SCBMB customers who: |
|
| 2.1 |
Are receiving SCBMB current account, savings account, credit card account or Money Master statements in both paper form (“hard copy”) and electronic form (“eStatement”) as principal accountholder, as at 26 January 2010; |
|
| 2.2 |
Are ordinarily resident in Malaysia, as evidenced by their address in SCBMB’s records; |
|
| 2.3 |
Are not employees of SCBMB; and |
|
| 2.4 |
Receive the notification of this Campaign from SCBMB;(“Eligible Customers”). |

| 3. |
Eligible Customers must communicate their intention to stop receiving hard copy statements, via either of the channels described below (“Channels”), within the Campaign Period, to be in the running to win Prizes in this Campaign. The Prizes will be awarded to the first 100 Eligible Customers who fulfill this requirement, irrespective of the Channel used.

| 4. |
SCBMB’s system records indicating the date and time of receipt of the Eligible Customer’s communication via the Channels will be final and conclusive for purposes of determining the winners. |

| 5. |
Each Prize consists of two (2) movie tickets, each ticket being valid for one normal seat at any Golden Screen Cinema nationwide. Tickets which are not utilized before their expiry dates will not be extended or exchanged. The Prizes are also subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. We are not the issuer’s agent and make no representation as to the use of Prize. Any dispute in relation to the Prize is to be resolved directly with the issuer.

SCBMB may at its sole discretion substitute the Prize with any other prize of equivalent value at any time. Other than this, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. |

All Prizes will be sent by ordinary post to the winners’ latest mailing address in SCBMB’s records within 1 month from the end of the Campaign Period. Eligible Customers who do not win Prizes will not be notified. |

| 8. |
Each Eligible Customer is entitled to win only one Prize throughout the Campaign Period. |
|
| 9. |
SCBMB’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign including but not limited to the selection of the winners will be final and binding on all persons participating in this Campaign. No correspondence will be entertained. |

| 10. |
SCBMB will not be liable in any way to any customer for any system or technical error, malfunction or delay, whether its own or its service providers’. SCBMB is also not liable in respect of any items which may be lost or misdirected in the post. |

| 11. |
Sending and receiving of SMS is service provider dependent and are beyond SCBMB’s control. There can be significant delays in sending or receiving of SMS. SCBMB is not responsible in any manner for any delay in the sending or receiving of the SMS. Customers are solely responsible for all fees and charges imposed by service providers for the sending and receiving of the SMS. |

Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be determined solely by SCBMB at its discretion. |

| 13. |
SCBMB reserves the right to withdraw any winner notification and/or to replace a winner if that winner is found to be disqualified for any reason. |

| 14. |
SCBMB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign with or without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by SCBMB of this Campaign will not entitle the Eligible Customers to any claim against SCBMB for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension. |

SCBMB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. |

By participating in this Campaign, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. |
