transactions through the Internet. Submit your application and
soon you can conduct transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week. Now you can take control over your finances whether at
home or abroad.

So you can bank at your convenience, enjoying instant access
to up-to-date information on your account(s) and even receiving
personalised information on our products and services based
on your profile.

Bank with confidence knowing that your transactions will remain safe with us. For security purposes, your username and password are required every time you log on. Navigation is a breeze. Just follow our Online Banking demonstration.

As long as you have a PC with the minimum configuration below, you are ready to start. Please check the minimum browser requirement.

Hardware Requirement – PC with Pentium 166 Mhz processor or higher, 32 MB RAM or higher and modem of 56 kbps or higher.
Software Requirement – Microsoft Windows 98/NT4 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0/Netscape Communicator or Safari 1.1/FireFox 1.0 or above.

With an account summary, you can view all your Standard Chartered deposit and credit card accounts, complete with account type, account number, current balance and available balance.
Funds Transfer
Why write a cheque when you can transfer funds online in 3 ways:

Between your personal accounts
To third party Standard Chartered accounts.
To accounts at other participating banks within the MEPS Interbank GIRO network.
Bill Payments
You can conveniently pay your bills online using:

Your Savings and Current Accounts.
Your Credit Cards.
Maintenance of Account Payee Details
Inter Bank and Intra Bank Account Maintenance allows you to save account details of relatives and friends to whom you transfer money regularly.
Save up to 10 accounts payee details. Update or delete the account details so that you do not need to key in the account number every time you transfer funds.
Loan or Credit Card Payments
Make payments on your loan or credit card.
e-Statements
You can enrol for electronic statements and download your Credit Card, Current Account, Savings Account and consolidated account e-statements to track your transactions.
Cheque Services
Inquire into the status of cheques issued or request for a cheque book online. Have the cheque book mailed to your address.
Customer Personalisation
Have too many accounts to keep track? Customise them with ‘nicknames’ and rearrange the order of display on the Online Banking.
Personal Information Management
You can easily update your personal information with the Bank through Personal Information Management without walking into any branch!
Customer Mailbox
Have a thought or comment to share with us? We have a ‘MailBox’ function developed specially to communicate with you on anything pertaining to our products and services.

We have a 2-layer security feature so that you can conduct Online Banking without worries. Secured with VeriSign’s 128-bit SSL encryption, username and password are required for verification each time you log on to Online Banking.

 

You must have at least one type of account with us such as Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposit, Investment Account, Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan or Credit Card.
Registration can be accomplished by calling our Customer Service Center at 1300 888 888. Our Customer Care Consultant will walk you through the verification and activation process.
Once you have received the One-Time Activation Code (OTAC) that will be sent to you upon registration, visit www.standardchartered.com.my and select “Logging in for the first time”. Follow the simple instructions on your screen to complete your activation process.
Create your username and password. If you forget your password, you can always re-activate Online Banking service through our Customer Care Consultant.
