2. Request to perform MEPS IBG
3. Fill in the application form

You can transfer up to RM 50,000 per transaction over the counter.

Call Phone Banking at 03-7711 8888

1. Select preferred language
2. Press ‘1’ for Account Enquiries and Transactions
3. Enter Phone Banking ID and TIN
4. Press ‘1’ for Current, Savings and Time Deposit Accounts
5. Press ‘3’ for Funds Transfer service
6. Press ‘3’ to perform Inter Bank Funds Transfer

You can transfer up to RM 6,000 per account in a day.

Automated Teller Machine

1. Customer Input PIN
2. Select ‘Others’
3. Select ‘IBG’
4. Select either Fund Transfer , Loan Repayment , Card Repayment
5. Select either to debit from Savings or Current Account
6. Select Payment Bank
7. Input account number to be credited
8. Input Amount
9. Once Accepted. Print Receipt

You can transfer up to RM 6,000 per account in a day.
