New Remittance Form
Effective from 14 April 2008

 
From 14 April 2008, Standard Chartered has introduced a new Remittance Form for all customers. The purpose of this standardized form is to make life easier for you.

You may fax the completed form to the Bank if you have signed a Letter of Indemnity to authorize the Bank to act on faxed instructions. If you require the fax number please contact your relationship manager or the Bank’s customer hotline number. If you have not signed a Letter of Indemnity, please post or submit the form at any branch.
