Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia
Berhad’s (“SCBMB”) Pump ‘n Save with Debit
MasterCard (“Promotion”) commences from
7 July 2008 - 31 December 2008 (“Promotion
Period”). |

| 2. |
This Promotion is open to
all SCBMB customers who sign up for SCBMB’s
e$aver Account and Online Banking Services
within the Promotion Period, subject to
clause 3 below. |

| 3. |
The following
categories of persons are not eligible for
this Promotion:- |
| |
|
|
| |
a. |
Permanent and/or contract employees of
SCBMB (including its subsidiaries and related
companies) and their immediate family members
(spouses, children, parents, brothers and
sisters); and |
| |
|
|
| |
b. |
Representatives and/or agents (including
advertising and promotion agents) of SCBMB
and their immediate family members (spouses,
children, parents, brothers and sisters). |

|
|
| 4.
|
Prizes will be awarded to
the highest reward point earners at the
end of the Promotion Period, as well as
at the end of every week and every month
within the Promotion period. Prizes offered
for this Promotion are as follows:
- 3 grand prizes over the entire Promotion
Period:
- 1st prize of RM20,000 cash
- 2nd prize of RM10,000 cash
- 3rd prize of RM5,000 cash
- Monthly cash prizes totaling RM9,000
each month
- Weekly cash prizes totaling RM100
each week
- Special prizes will also be given
for the total highest points accumulated
from Account Balance Growth points,
total highest points accumulated from
Online Banking usage and total highest
points accumulated from Standard Chartered
Debit MasterCard Card usage, respectively.
All cash prizes will be paid into customers’
e$aver accounts.

| 5. |
Bonus interest rate of 0.5%
p.a. will be credited to customer’s e$aver
account on the 3rd week of the following
month. |

- Opening an e$aver account, whether
online or at any SCBMB branch (one-time
only) – 50 points
- Online Banking activation (one-time
only) – 10 points

Reward points will be awarded in respect
of weekly growth in your e$aver account
balances, based on the incremental amount
between that week’s closing account balance
and the Weekly Opening or Weekly Closing
Account Balances (whichever is higher) of
the previous week. |

Customers who do not record
any such growth of at least RM500 in their
weekly account balances will not be awarded
reward points. |

| |
| 8. |
Standard Chartered Debit MasterCard
(”Debit Card”) usage reward points will
be awarded in respect of electronic point-of-sale
(“ePOS”) transactions, which shall mean
only retail purchases successfully paid
via the debit card but exclude ATM cash
withdrawals, as follows:
- 5 reward points will be given for
every RM30.00 of ePOS transactions in
the relevant period
- 5 reward points will also be given
for every successful ePOS transaction
- In addition, extra reward points as
follows will be given at the end of
the Promotion Period, based on the total
number of ePOS transactions throughout
the Promotion Period:
- For more than 5 ePOS transactions
of RM30.00 and above per transaction
– 50 reward points
- For more than 10 ePOS transactions
of RM30.00 and above per transaction
– 150 reward points
- For more than 100 ePOS transactions
of RM30.00 and above per transaction
– 400 reward poin
Debit Card reward points will be tabulated
on a monthly basis for Monthly Prizes
and accumulated for Grand Prize rewards. |

| 9. |
The aggregate rebate earned
shall be credited into each Cardholder’s
relevant e$aver account in the month following
the calendar month in which the rebate was
earned. |

| 10. |
Cash rebate with Debit Card
is only given to petrol purchases made at
petrol kiosk island pumps using merchant
category codes (MCC) 5541 and 5542, subject
to a maximum rebate of RM100 per Cardholder
per month. |

| 11. |
Only purchases made at these
outlets using the Debit Card can enjoy the
cash rebate. This shall apply notwithstanding
any operational fault or anything else preventing
the Cardholder using the Debit Card. SCBMB
will not be responsible for the Cardholder
being unable to enjoy the rebate as a result
of the foregoing. |

This promotion is only applicable
to customers who sign up for e$aver account
within the promotion period. |

| 13. |
The results of the weekly
prizes winners will be announced after two
(2) weeks following the end of the relevant
week. The decision(s) of judges shall be
final. No appeal or correspondence will
be entertained. |

| 14. |
Participants can win weekly
prizes as many times as they can but only
once throughout the promotion period within
the respective month; Participants is eligible
to win monthly prizes as many times as they
can throughout the promotion period. |

| 15. |
Winners will be announced
on SCBMB’s official website / via SMS. |
| |
| 16. |
By participating in this Promotion,
participants agree to participate in any
prize giving ceremony, interviews or other
publicity events required by SCBMB and are
deemed to have given their permission to
SCBMB to disclose or publish their names,
photographs and any information that SCBMB
sees fit about the participants or their
account in any media, marketing or advertising
materials. |

SCBMB reserves the right at
its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate
or suspend this Promotion in whole or part,
at any time and without prior notice. |

| 18. |
SCBMB reserves the sole and
absolute discretion to vary or amend the
terms and conditions of the Promotion without
prior notice to the participants. |

| 19. |
By participating in this Promotion,
eligible customers agree to be bound by
these Terms and Conditions and decisions
of SCBMB. |
