| Eligibility and Promotion Information |
| 1. |
Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad (“SCB”) will run this WIN Philips LCD TV Everyday with Standard Chartered Credit Card Promotion (“Promotion”) from 1st July 2007 to 30th September 2007 (“Promotion Period”) |
| 2. |
The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Promotion:
- Permanent and/or contract employees of SCB (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or
- Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of Visa and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or
- Individuals below the age of 18 years and/or
- Cardholders of SCB credit card(s) that are not issued in Malaysia.; and/or
- Cash advances or cash withdrawals, charges for cash advances or cash withdrawals, annual fees for the Credit Card, interest and/or finance charges, disputed transactions, any type of balance transfers, and any other kind of charges and/or penalties

This Promotion is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia who are existing SCB customers and who own a SCB credit card(s) during the Promotion Period and with good account conduct (“Eligible Cardholders”). |
| 4. |
Daily one (1) prize are given away under this Promotion which consist of the following:-
- A total of ninety two (92) prizes of Philips LCD TV each of which one will be awarded during the Promotion Period (collectively referred as “Daily Prizes”)

| 5. |
To qualify for entries in respect of the Daily prizes, eligible Cardholder must charge to his SCBMB’s credit card a minimum purchase of RM50.00 in a single receipt (“Sale Transaction”) on a particular day during the Promotion Period to qualify for one entry. Only validated transaction of purchase will be entered into the system.
For example, if a cardholder charges RM180.00 to his SCBMB’s credit card in a single receipt on a particular day during of the Promotion Period, the cardholder is entitled to three (3) entries on that day of promotion.
Entry(ies) that comply to paragraphs 5 is referred to as “Qualified Entry(ies)”. |

Notwithstanding any provisions contained herein, Sale Transaction which is qualified as Qualified Entry(ies) under this Promotion will exclude transaction under cash advances or cash withdrawals, charges for cash advances or cash withdrawals, annual fees for the Credit Card, interest and/or finance charges, disputed transactions, any type of balance transfers, and any other kind of charges and/or penalties. |

| Closing Time |
| 1. |
The cut-off time (“Closing Time”) for each draw for daily prize is 11 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds, i.e. 11:59:59pm daily from 1st July to 30th September 2007. |
| 2. |
Late entries received after each Closing Time will only be drawn after the next day of Closing Time. |
| 3. |
All entries in the system that have been processed at each Closing Time will be erased. Only new entries entered into the system after each Closing Time will be eligible for the next draw. |

| Potential Winners and Winners |
| 1. |
Potential Winners are Eligible Cardholders who have been shortlisted through a computerised selection process, whereby the total number of entries amassed in the system from one Closing Time to the subsequent Closing Time will be divided by two (2) and rounded down to the nearest lower number. The Potential Winner is the person whose Qualified Entry is nearest to the rounded lower number.
For example, if there are a total of 10,001 Qualified Entries amassed at a draw, it will be divided by two (2) and rounded down to the nearest lower whole number, i.e. 5,000. |

The Potential Winner will be contacted and has to answer the question specified in paragraph 9 below and if the answer is correct, the Daily Prize shall be awarded. In the event the Potential Winner selected cannot be contacted or is unable to answer the said question correctly, SCBMB will select another Potential Winner by selecting the next Potential Winner whose Qualified Entry is the 5,001st and if there is still no winner, the selection process will continue by selecting the following Potential Winner with the 5,002nd Qualified Entry until a winner is identified. |

There will be only ninety two (92) winners for the WIN Philips LCD TV Everyday Promotion, and selection will take place after the Promotion Period. |
| 4. |
Should the Potential Winners fail to be contacted via telephone on the first attempt for reasons including, but not limited to, no reply, number not in use, no connection, etc. another attempt will be made within the next one (1) hour of the first attempt. Where this second attempt is unsuccessful, SCB reserves the right to select another Potential Winner through a process as laid out hereunder in clause 1 under Potential Winners and Winners. |
| 5. |
Should any or all Potential Winners be eliminated through reasons including but not limited to failure to be contacted, etc. a new selection process will begin, whereby the subsequent Potential Winner will be the person whose entry is before the eliminated number. For example, if the Potential Winner whose entry is 5,000th is eliminated, the next Potential Winner whose entry is 5,001st will be selected, and so on and so forth until a winner is determined. |
| 6. |
Each Winner can only win once throughout the duration of the Promotion. |
| 7. |
In the event that the Winner is a person who:
- is not eligible to be an Eligible Cardholder in the Promotion due to unmet requirements as stipulated in clauses 2, 3 and/or 5 under Eligibility and Promotion Information; and/or
- has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to use of their SCB credit card(s) and/or any transactions made thereof;
SCB reserves the right to disqualify such a person from winning the Promotion. In this event, the selection process will be repeated as set forth in clause 1 under Potential Winners and Winners to determine a new Winner.

| 8. |
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Daily Prize:
- SCB reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes, whether in whole or part, with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
- The Prizes are not transferable.
- Winners will be notified via telephone and/or post.
- From the start of promotion until receiving the Prize, the Cardholders must have at least one valid SCB Credit Card and each SCB Credit Card Account must be in good standing with no arrears and the Cardholder is not in breach of any of the Standard Chartered Visa and/or MasterCard Cards Cardholder’s Agreement.

| General Terms and Conditions |
| 1. |
SCB reserves the right to publish or display the name, picture, identification card number and city of residence of the Winner of this Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders hereby consent to and agree that SCB shall be at liberty to publish their names, pictures, city of residence and identification card numbers for advertising and publicity purposes. |
| 2. |
SCB’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and binding on all Eligible Cardholders of this Promotion, and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| 3. |
SCB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by SCB of this Promotion shall not entitle the Eligible Cardholders, the Potential Winner or the Winner to any claim or compensation against SCB for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. |
| 4. |
In the event of discrepancy between the English language version of these Terms and Conditions and any version in another language, the English language version will prevail. |
| 5. |
SCB reserves the right at its absolute discretion
to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions
from time to time without prior notice. For updated versions
of these Terms and Conditions, if any, please revisit this page. |

By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. |
